Is it possible to cancel my order after completing the purchase?
If you request a cancellation before your order is shipped, we'll cancel and provide a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, it will necessitate following our returns process.

Shipping free
Shipping is free on all orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 5 days to update so please be patient.

How do I track my purchase?
Once your order has passed the required checks and been marked for shipping, an email containing your shipment tracking number will be sent to you. For any further assistance regarding your package, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

What is the processing time?
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch. Following this, orders are transferred to our trusted shipping partners, including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post, or New Zealand Post, based on your location and the most efficient service available.

When will I receive my order?
Current average delivery time to United States, Australia and New Zeland is 8-15 business days. 

Why are my orders arriving in separate packages?
When you order multiple products, each item may be shipped from distinct international warehouses based on availability and the fastest delivery options. In cases where a popular item is on backorder, we may send packages separately and at varying times to expedite delivery of available items.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Bella Chicca Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier. The company does not offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed delivered by the carrier and later reported lost or stolen.
